Updated Constitution for 3rd Whitton Scout Group

The Scout Association continues to update its recommended constitution for Groups, Districts and Counties.
This updated Group Constitution was voted on by the Group Trustee Board on 3 October 2025 and will be put for formal approval from the Group Scout Council at our Annual General Meeting on 17 October 2025.
This update aligns with the Scout Association’s requirement for all Scout Groups to adopt a formal constitution based on the model constitution provided in the Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR).
The model constitution, which is updated with each new edition of POR, ensures compliance with charity law and good governance practices.
This constitution reflects POR at May 2025.
