On Sunday 15th June, 3rd Whitton St. Edmunds and Ibn Battuta went to Stapleford Aerodrome to experience a day of flying.

We went up in groups of 5 and flew around the Airfield in a small plane that felt really insecure. There was a great view from the sea to Wembley Stadium and the London Eye.

Thankfully no one was sick, but a lot of chocolate bars were eaten! We all had a fantastic time and were really thankful for the sunny weather. Hopefully, we can do it again next year.
