What a Spring (late Winter? Ed) Camp!

Imagine the delight on the faces of the Scouts when they discovered that nearly 2 inches of perfect snow had settled overnight whilst they were warmly tucked up in bunks in the Brunswick Hut at Walton Firs during 3rd Whitton’s Spring Camp.

Unable to contain themselves, the Scouts rushed outside whilst still in their pyjamas to enjoy the snow. Painfully cold fingers and the scent of a hot breakfast eventually enticed them to return.

A Camp to remember, for sure.

The Scouts undertook the Adventure Assault Course, campfire huddling, pioneering, frisbee golf, Scouts’ Own, Nicole’s investiture and lots of smiling faces.

Spring Camp is always great!
