Third Whitton Scout Group has its HQ in the north-western corner of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Our Scout Group comprises two distinctive traditions - St Edmunds, founded by parishioners of St Edmund of Canterbury RC Church, Whitton, in 1938 and Ibn Battuta which was established more recently to serve the particular needs of Islamic and Muslim traditions. We think that this blend gives us a unique and distinctive identity in Scouting and enables us to offer a distinctive programme of Scouting activities to young people. For a site map, click here.

2008 is the 70th Anniversary of 3rd Whitton Scout Group. Our special uniform badge which can be worn during the whole year is now being issued. It is positioned where the “occasional badge” goes. Click here for a diagram of the badge positions.
